My Virtual Mate is a registered Australian company that helps businesses with business process outsourcing. Our mission is to make a positive change in our partners' business, which ultimately helps them gain more profits, and grow their business with truly talented staff.
Our client is a thought leader, trainer and speaker on CRM Success- from implementation to usage.
Her deep technical knowledge is in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, although she does provide small amounts of consulting on other technical solutions and on general CRM.
This role will suit someone who is looking for a career as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consultant, or as the first step towards becoming a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect.
The role will suit someone who is self-motivated and keen to learn from Australia's longest-standing female Solution Architect and Microsoft Certified Trainer.
This role is full time, or close to full time.
Work from client documents to implement requirements in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE-including:
Working with Dynamics 365 to meet client business processes
Managing Dynamics 365 Security Roles
Managing Automation using Power Automate
Liaising with the client to understand the company client's requirements
Updating some of the company's documents, including training documents to allow for changes to the Power Platform
Requirements
Experience as a D365 Functional Consultant
Excellent Communication skills
An understanding that work delivered should meet today's client requirements AND be maintainable into the future
A desire to learn
Willingness to pass PL-200 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Award) within three months of starting the role
Able to work to deadlines
Ability to work with little supervision

Headset with mic
No background noise during work hours
