Job Description
Linq combines proprietary trading algorithms, high performance software infrastructure, and capital markets expertise to support competitive and deep liquidity for asset trading venues and services platforms. Linq synthesizes quotes based on prevailing established markets with matched size and spread parameters, or a bespoke specification tailored for our clients.
Linq operations are principally based in Canada but we are a global team that fully embraces remote work. We have team members that have previously worked in the Philippines.
We're looking for a Junior Cryptocurrency Market Analyst to join our Operations team.
What you'll do:
Research and analyse cryptocurrency venues such as global trading platforms and OTC desks;
Investigate the regulatory standing of cryptocurrency venues and compile results in timely reports;
Submit compliance documentation to trading venues for market marker operations.
Linq's team is comprised of highly motivated professionals from diverse backgrounds. The role is part-time with a montly salary of PHP 25,000. There is a possibility of upgrading the role to a full-time position.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics or similar;
At least 1-2 years experience in a research role or management consulting role or similar.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Some background knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry would be an advantage.
