Job Description
Understanding of contract law, construction contract, and legal implication
Ability to manage project budgets, analyze financial data and make strategic financial decisions
Ability to negotiate and managing contract effectively.
Understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, cost analysis and reporting.
Familiar with risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing risk mitigation measures.
Strong negotiation skills for dealing with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stake holders to achieve favorable terms.
Understanding of project management principles and methodology.
Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Effective communication with internal teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
Capacity to build and maintain strong relationship with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and industry professionals.
Knowledge in using financial tools and other relevant technologies.
Excellent communication, written and verbal in English language.
Reconciliation and of complete charges to other sites of all resources and costs.
Budget projection and analysis on a quarterly basis.
Support procurement and logistics for material related to project requirement
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Proficient in SAP for accounting
