Job Description
The primary role of the Junior Client Relationship Officer is to process data entry on behalf of Damstra Technology. The role includes reviewing and processing data to a high level of accuracy. You will also be expected to recognize and report faults/errors in the process to maintain business continuity.
Position Responsibilities:
Understand the basic concept of Company Portal, Zendesk and Damstra products to efficiently process documentation.
Master the use of TWMS especially approvals and reporting to efficiently process documentation.
Master the use of Split Tiff to efficiently process Paperwork Upload document
Complete documentation and data entry in TWMS (New Employee, Company Documents Paperwork, Qualifications and Booking/Registration), Paperwork Upload, or Eify for all clients globally.
Maintaining accurate and consistent data entry across various Damstra systems
Work closely with members of the CRO Team to develop skills and advance knowledge
Work closely with Team Leads on additional high-level tasks.
Assist and be assisted by the Quality Assurance team
Develop an understanding of the client-facing side, including being able to perform low-level troubleshooting for customer issues.
Look for opportunities to improve the performance from a process and system perspective.
Meet bridge goals, as well as KPI (Productivity and Attendance) for confirmation.
Qualifications
If you have proven experience with below essential skills and strive to stretch and grow yourself constantly attuned for better ways of doing things, we'd like to hear from you!
Previous data entry or administrative experience is highly preferred but not strictly required.
High-level of literacy in modern PC suites (Windows) and web applications
Degree qualified in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent
Excellent spoken and written English language is a must
Willing to learn, can-do attitude, achievement oriented and customer/client focused.
