What it's about
We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, and team-oriented Junior Cash Manager to support the global Cash Management team out of our Manila office. In this role, you will be jointly responsible for the daily loan administration, and in securing efficient use of funds on our private market programs / platforms. The successful candidate must be flexible, and able to work independently towards tight deadlines.
Main responsibilities
Administer daily loan management and coordinate loan operations with our external lenders
Perform assigned Investment Funding including all investment funding-related activities i.e. coordination with relevant stakeholders including payments processing
Support quarter-end and year-end audits, and answer cross-department queries regarding deal-related product specific credit facilities
Build subject matter expertise proactively, and support internal team projects and initiatives e.g. Loan Tool Migration project
Perform assigned ad-hoc tasks including Loan Mailbox Management, coordination and monitoring of bank account openings etc.
What we expect
Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
Prior experience of at least 2-3 years in Back-office Operations, Treasury, Liquidity, or Cash management preferred
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, Strong drive and work commitment, resilient and able to work under pressure
Good ability to track and follow up on cases and manage tight deadlines
What we offer
12 months Contract role (with possibility of being converted into a permanent role)
Working Hours: Morning Shift (APAC) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST)
