JUNIOR BUYER (IGS)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and request for Quotation (RFP)
Resolve Administrative issues related to PO (2nd level of escalation)
Create and Manage Purchase Orders for complex commodities
Validate complex Purchase Requisitions
Support in the resolution of PO related invoice issue
Site stakeholder management related to scope
Create monthly reports on supplier KPI's and Procurement KPI's
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3-4 years of solid experience as a BUYER or PURCHASER or an ORDER PROCESSING function is required
Negotiation with suppliers is expected
Relevant experience in services industry would be ideal. Other industry experience will also be considered.
Relevant experience in Shared Services would be ideal
Relevant experience in SAP/equivalent environment is expected
Day shift but must be willing to work at a later shift from time to time
Must be willing to work in Cebu
