Job brief
We are looking for telesales agent that will reach out to prospect on B2B space and SMB space in Paris area (Ile de France).
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
-to build his own list of contacts
- maintain all contacts up to date in our CRM (Hubspot) creating a new contact and target new companies to sell our product.
- Recommend prospecting via cold calling for small companies and LinkedIn for bigger companies (maximum of 500 employees).
The product is a ride-hailing app (free of charge for the company) with plenty of benefits compared to other apps in the market, including but not limited to, the price!
High-volume of calls is expected and short sales cycle too. The implementation phase will be done through someone else, you just need to prospect and sale.
Minimum Bachelors
Minimum 12 months of experience
Fluent in English
High Communication skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty -
Strong communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite - Excellent organizational skills
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Developing quotes and proposal for clients
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
