Job Description:
Salary: P80,000 to P100,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
3 years of demonstrated success in asset management, financial services, or related sales roles, with a strong focus on quantitative trading and systematic trend following strategies.
Expertise in utilizing HubSpot and other lead tools that can apply to this role.
Profound understanding of quantitative trading methodologies, systematic trend following, and diversified futures portfolios.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies to potential clients.
Nice to Have:
MBA or CFA is a plus.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, driven by a commitment to achieving results in the quantitative trading space.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
What will you do?
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including institutional investors, family offices, and financial advisors, who are interested in systematic trend following strategies over diversified futures portfolios.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the quantitative trading and futures markets, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our team.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics tailored to our systematic trend following offerings to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their specific investment needs and delivering tailored solutions based on our strategies.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our quantitative trading strategies, systematic trend following methodologies, and their application in diversified futures portfolios. Effectively communicate the benefits of these strategies to clients.
Networking: Attend industry-specific events, conferences, and seminars to expand your professional network and represent the company as a leader in quantitative trading.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward goals to the management team.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, particularly in the context of quantitative trading and futures trading.
