Job Description:
Business Development
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Generate B2B and B2C leads and create channel of patient referrals
Forge partnerships with potential business partners
Identify potential opportunities with existing clients/partners
Onboard new partners/clients of Healthlink
Develop creative solutions for the company's client concerns in collaboration with Marketing and Clinical Departments
Customer Retention and Loyalty
Develop, implement and monitor relationship building and partner/client retention strategies with new and existing clients and partners of Healthlink
Develop, implement and monitor strategies to increase customer lifetime value through relationship building, and client retention initiatives
Administrative
Responsible for monitoring contract/partnership renewals
Act as the contact person for clients/partners and responds to inquiries and requests
Ensure partners/clients are updated and educated about products, services and special offers
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management/Commerce/Nursing or any Allied Health Services
With exposure in hospital and/or healthcare markets
With at least 2-3 years experience in BD/sales specifically in partnership development, business development, account management for B2B and B2C markets or equivalent
Has strong account management and lead generation skills
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Knowledgeable about CRM software, MS Business applications, MS Teams, MS Outlook, GSuite
