Responsibilities:
Work closely with Business Unit, Project Manager and IT Business Partner on project initiation, project delivery and documentation. Will help to come up solutions for projects.
Requirement elicitation
Solution exploration, RFI/RFP, vendor scoring and shortlisting
Ensure architecture governance are followed
Assist BU in the preparation of Business Case by determining the technology TCO of the project
Assist the BU and ITBP in securing project approval
Ensure project handover to Executing Team
Qualifications:
ITBA experience from Banks/Non-Bank Financial Institutions particularly in implementing Retail (Customer) Banking software. Good understanding of technology standards and development. Knowledge in SDLC.
Knowledge in Project Management, good facilitator, good communication, analytical and problem solving, experience working in banks, fintech or BPO
Knowledge and experience in implementing collection system for Banks or Non-bank Financial Institution. Manage CRs.
Knowledge and experience in implementing and managing change requests for Retail Bank such as deposit system, loan system, switch (ATM/Credit card), check system, online banking system.
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience working as an IT Business Analyst preferrably with banking domain experience
Willing to be based in Makati City post-pandemic (temporary work from home setup)
