Job Description:
Be involved in sketching, prototyping and on occasion user testing, before passing the design onto the development team
Put users at the center of a design, to make it simple, easy to use and good looking;
Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including web developers and programmers
Ensure websites comply with the law and equal opportunities policies.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert
Serve as a technology advocate/evangelist
Provide technical expertise around Identity architecture, set-up, maintenance, problem resolution and overall management of all platforms.
Develop extensive platform monitoring strategy
Defines, develops, implements, and maintains the customer satisfaction metrics which includes participating in building and maintaining processes, service standards, policies, documentation, and tools
Responsible for the operations of the project assigned per Service Level Agreement criteria and/or internal metrics, such as Key performance indicators, for performance, availability, and other service attributes of the project
Provides day-to-day management and support to the team leads and team members
Provides adequate staff are reporting on the operations floor and oversees manpower schedulin
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Understand qualitative research methods;
Have an awareness of costs and budgets;
Have technical knowledge to be able to explain what needs doing, to programmers;
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
Proven Management Skills
Strong documentation skills
Experienced in account management and customer coordination
Possesses working knowledge of contact reviews, budget, statistical analysis, and P&L management
Some knowledge of coding, even if you're not doing it yourself, such as an understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS;
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
