Conduct audits and reviews of company financial records to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Analyze data and financial statements to identify irregularities or discrepancies
Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations
Communicate with management regarding identified issues and potential solutions
Develop and implement auditing procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness
Collect and document relevant audit evidence
Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies
As an Auditor, the individual is responsible for evaluating the financial records of companies. They analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate with management to ensure adherence to laws and regulations. The auditor is usually required to develop and implement auditing procedures to improve efficiency, identify discrepancies and report their findings to the management. In addition, the auditor must stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and collaborate with teams to enhance internal processes. Finally, it is essential to be detail-oriented and document all relevant audit evidence.
Educational requirement: At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields of study.
Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
Experience level: Below 1 year of work experience in auditing or accounting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with auditing standards and regulations.
Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, if required.
