Job Title: Junior Associate (Accounts Receivable)
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Australia-based Portfolio Manager, and potential involvement with National Marketing Manager and Senior Sales Administrator
Close coordination with the Sales team and raising invoices or credits, as appropriate
Liaison officer with Treasury team for application of payments, credits and refunds
The role may also include weekly debtors reporting and cleaning up customer accounts in the system
Keeps the person in charge fully informed of progress on assignments
Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in adapting client situations
Contribute to a positive teamwork environment
Communicate openly and honestly
Actively seek to develop procedures and processes that enhance performance, job satisfaction, and productivity
Adhoc duties as required.
Job Qualifications:
Open to CPA or Non-CPA
With at least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable, focusing on debt collection and account reconciliation
Open to be working in Makati office for training and going forward, if required by client
Proactive, confident with dealing with other people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to pick up the phone to answer customer inquiries and make outbound calls
Can work with minimal supervision and with strong attention to detail
Willing to extend himself beyond the immediate demands of the assignment and to accept new responsibilities.
Work Schedule:
6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
