Westlake Total Solutions is currently looking for a Junior Architect!
SALARY RATE: 30,000 / mot
WORK LOCATION: MAKATI
Job Qualifications (Job Type: Full-time):
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Major in Architecture or related field
With excellent communication skills
Must be keen to details, team player, flexible and fast learner
One (1) year of architectural experience including use of CAD technology
Meets with requesters to determine requirements of projects; determines feasibility of project and prepares cost estimates.
Knowledge of architecture and architectural principles and techniques, types of building materials and construction, methods and techniques of CAD design, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering relating to building costs.
Skill in drafting architectural plans.
Summary of role requirements:
Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Working rights required for this role
