Will be in-charge of ensuring timely and efficient completion of a project; Responsible for coordinating with the work team, consulting with clients, and overseeing the overall development and implementation of the project assigned. Project Management Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project. Meet regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress. Sett targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff. Regularly review timings, budget, labor, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track. Conduct site visits to inspect work, check materials and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines. Report to senior managers on project progress, as well as challenging issues onsite Ensure the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales. Work in an office and on construction site. May be assigned in design and production Design and Production (as necessary) May participate in design studies, drafting design proposals and production, in coordination with Head of Design and Production Qualifications Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Willing to work on construction sire Has good work ethic and can multitask Excellent team player and good analytical skills Can start asap
