Basic Function:
This role is responsible for fulfilling requests to make developments and adjustments in enterprise CRM applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with team members to improve enterprise application solutions which are within Infusionsoft CRM and the Zoho platform (Zoho CRM, Zoho Sign, Zoho Forms, Zoho Creator)
Develop integrations between applications in the Zoho platform
Create documentation of changes and updates for end-users
Work with system architects in designing solutions or integrations with other applications
Complete request tickets with a focus on quality and documentation
Test fixes to ensure bugs and issues have been resolved
Participate in analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing application enhancements
Job Qualifications:
Familiar with Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban development methodologies
Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle
Associate's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
Must have strong communication skills
Basic understanding of databases and data management software
Basic understanding of CRM applications
Understanding of logical workflows and flow charts
Willing to work on nightshift
