About Wells Fargo Philippines
Wells Fargo Philippines enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Operations, Risk and Compliance, Project Management, Finance & Accounting and Data Analytics. We operate in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
About the role
The incumbent will be working with senior consultants or directly with partners, responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analyses and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Identify and define business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analyses and recommendations.
Performs analysis of findings and trends using statistical and/or financial analysis, modeling, process documentation, profitability analysis, customer/demographic analysis, etc.
Develop and maintain regular insightful BI by using visualization using latest mainly Tableau and Cognos Reports. Knowledge in other tools Power BI, Business Objects, Microstrategies, Qlikview will also be considered.
Perform analysis to find trends using statistical and/or financial analysis, modeling, profitability analysis, customer/demographic analysis, etc.; recommends solutions to increase revenue, reduce cost and retain customers and presents output to business leaders
Support analysis, monitoring and development of predictive models or business strategies to support acquisition and growth strategies in the business
Ability to string user stories into coherent data visualization. Able to clearly articulate requirements and highlight showstoppers as an when need be.
Clearly understand and articulate business requirements and deliver the results underlining the business problem
Support data migrations, system transitions, data-mapping, data lineage, data reconciliation and documentation in alignment to policy and governance
Support research, analysis and development of various risk data-fields, data-marts and meta-data
Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies
Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of a B.A./B.S. College Degree (4 years) preferably in Applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences with a quantitative emphasis
Candidate must have at least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in reports and analytics, dashboard development, etc.
Candidate must have a working experience in SQL (MS SQL, Teradata, UNIX or Oracle) & Tableau
Prior experience working with analytic capabilities is an advantage
Ability to communicate powerfully and prolifically to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex
Operations background and knowledge in call center metrics is a plus
Candidate must be willing to work on an early morning shift (6:00AM - 3:00PM) and be located at McKinley Hill, Taguig City
