Primary Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update databases for fraud screening processes
· Perform validation of all transactions screened through the fraud tool
· Extract summary of deductions and settlement reports from payment gateways
· Perform validation of transactions billed by Partners
· Validation of deducted refunds and chargeback
· Coordinate with internal and external Partners for any issues and clarifications
· Provide support to the department's projects and other admin tasks
· Perform duties that may be assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications:
· Graduate of any 4-Year related to Business Administration/Accountancy or equivalent
Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
