Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong command of both written and spoken English, happy to deal with high volumes of daily financial enquiries coming from customers all over the world.
Replies to customers' enquiries, requests, or concerns regarding their payments and payment plans
Calls to customers to discuss their financial details over the phone when requested (you will use our in-house VOIP system)
Assists on customers' request for various bespoke accounting treatments such as reduced payments and breaks, etc and liaise with support team
Assists on customers' intent to pay overdue invoices: taking payments, changing credit card details, etc.
Assists on customers' request to pay in full through balancing invoices
Processes refunds duly authorised by support
Provides the customers' summary of invoices paid and outstanding
Ad-hoc duties as and when required by the team leader
Qualifications
Being part of a leading multinational online health training provider, working alongside a small finance customer support team and as part of a larger finance family.
Familiarity with Xero, Stripe, Google platforms, Kustomer, Xinix is beneficial although full training will be given.
You will need to have a good understanding of the basic accounting principles, as this is part of the finance team, so a proven track record of working within a finance environment is of the essence.
