JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in preparation of basic accounting books, journals, and records
Assist in preparation of basic tax returns, filing and payment
Encoding purchase receipts and sales invoices and completing listings
Preparation of reports and basic analysis
Executing all tasks relating to accounting or the task
Maintain soft copy and hard copy files in an orderly manner
Carry out administrative duties such as encoding, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting
License not required, but is an advantage
Relevant experience in accounting not required, but is an advantage
Skilled in Microsoft applications – advanced level for Excel
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Detail oriented, organized, and with time management skills
Punctual and Reliable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
