JOB DESCRIPTION
Records day to day business transactions (revenues and accounts receivables; expenses and accounts payables)
Records other financial transactions (asset acquisition, depreciation, prepayment and advances)
Computes for monthly and quarterly VAT and income tax payable
Prepares payroll report and government contributions (Payable to BIR, HDMF, SSS, PHIC)
Performs monthly bank reconciliation
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Substantiates financial transactions by creating audit trail (supporting documents)
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
Prepares financial report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy / Management Accounting / Financial Management / Accounting Technology
With 1 year experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, financial report preparation and compliance to government reportorial requirements (LGU, BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF) is a plus but the Company will provide the proper training
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Willing to be assigned in Cavite
Willing to do fieldwork in Cavite, Makati, Laguna and nearby cities
