To provide accounting support functions in the area of accounting and reporting and other ad hoc activities that may be assigned to the employee.
Job Responsibilities:
Filing, reporting, payments of various tax returns for multiple companies
Encode data needed for accounting and tax analysis prior to processing vendor payment.
Ensure tax compliance and timely submission of tax reports
Handle reconciliation of various tac records per books vs. returns
Communicate to BIR and Legal Department for LOA, if any
Representative for BIR transactions need to be done in respective RDOs
Daily preparation of Payment Vouchers for payables already processed
Releasing of cash or checks to suppliers
Monthly filing of payment vouchers
Bank representative for all bank transactions
Documentation of backlog expenses already paid
Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
At least 2-3 years work experience in taxation
Knowledgeable and updated in BIR rulings
Willing to go to different banks/BIR RDOs, if needed
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Analytical, pro-active and can multitask
Can start immediately
