This role involves handling month-end reporting, BAS preparation, bookkeeping, and foreign exchange (FX) transactions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while also providing guidance to new team members, ensuring smooth onboarding and strong operational support.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing month-end reports, reconciliations, and compliance schedules.Support the preparation and submission of Business Activity Statements (BAS).Manage and monitor multiple FX transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Contribute to management accounting, financial analysis, and bookkeeping tasks.Provide oversight and mentorship to new team members to ensure proper integration and performance.Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.Strong knowledge of BAS preparation and compliance requirements.Experience handling FX transactions is highly desirable.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Benefits
