Key Responsibilities
Supports the Finance Hub Accounting Team in providing all documents required by auditors;
Provides supporting documents as requested by the Auditors;
Assists the ATR Team in the preparation and posting of fixed journals;
Collaborates with the Accounting Team in providing solutions to issues highlighted during meetings
Assists the Team in the preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliation Report;
Performs daily Account Reconciliation Report;
Prepares daily Bank Reconciliation Report;
Reconciles statements, accounts, inter-company data;
Assists the Team in its month end closing activities;
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Accounting related course
With work related experience is advantage
Knowledgeable in MS Office tools
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
