The Opportunity
Our client, an expert in the Supply and Installation of Artificial Greenery Solutions in Australia - is looking for a Junior Accountant to support the business in ensuring all facets within the bookkeeping space are kept accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
Allocate payments.
Purchase orders.
Payroll.
Cash Flow forecasting.
Credit Notes.
Aged receivables/Credit control.
Process orders, raise credit claims, setup new items, setup price levels, categorize item, setup new customers.
Profit and loss spreadsheet preparation.
Reconciliation.
Administration
Answering enquiries (account related).
Account applications.
Enter and remove products on the website.
Import forecasting.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Accounting or similar.
With at least 3 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, preferably with exposure in a BPO/Shared service environment.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Suit, especially in MS Excel & MS Outlook.
Technical experience in XERO software would be highly desirable.
Good English Language skills (written and verbal).
High level of quality control and attention to detail.
Ability to take responsibility and be accountable for workload.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a broader team.
