We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with a proven track record of supporting financial operations within the food and beverage sector. Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis: The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing and analyzing financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Cost Control and Inventory Management: The food and beverage industry often faces fluctuating costs and inventory challenges. The junior accountant should possess a strong understanding of inventory management techniques and cost control measures to help optimize the organization's resources and minimize waste.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable is essential. The junior accountant should be adept at tracking and reconciling vendor invoices, processing payments, and managing customer billing and collections efficiently.
Regulatory Compliance: Compliance with industry-specific regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of relevant laws and possess experience in ensuring the company's financial operations adhere to all legal obligations.
Software Proficiency: A junior accountant should be well-versed in using accounting software and tools commonly used in the food and beverage industry. Proficiency in platforms like QuickBooks, Xero, or industry-specific ERP systems will be highly advantageous.
