JOB DESCRIPTION
Process company disbursements, such as payable to suppliers, company officer/employee reimbursements, government mandatory benefits, taxes, and payroll.
Computation and preparation of semi-monthly payroll and submission to management for approval.
Facilitate in preparing client invoices. Maintain and monitor accounts receivables.
Responsible for cash flow, budget, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR mandatories such as withholding tax on compensation, expanded, Value added Tax, and Corporate income tax, including alpha lists and reliefs of the mentioned taxes.
Responsible for manual bookkeeping. Ensure that all transactions are recorded in the manual ledgers as required by BIR.
Perform general accounting.
Prepare financial statement reports and necessary schedules.
Safekeeping and filing of accounting documents.
Comply with all federal, state, and local protocols including legal requirements.
Other tasks based on knowledge and skills may be assigned.
QUALIFICATION
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Experience in Constructions Industry is a plus factor.
Two years of proven work experience in the related field is required.
Works well independently and has excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Has strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Willing to work onsite in Almanza Dos, Las Pinas City. Can start ASAP
