Role Responsibilities:
· Accounts Receivable - Issuing invoices, credit, and debit notes, update of the sales ledger, credit control and collection of outstanding debts
· Accounts Payable - Issuing Purchase Order. Manage in timely manner vendor payments, issuance of cheques, and payment vouchers
· Performing data entry administration into the finance systems i.e. receipt, invoices, expenses claims, etc.
· Assisting in GST and Taxation filling and reporting locally
· Upkeep of the Fixed Asset register
· Assisting in Timesheet closing
· Providing support to the management team through ad-hoc analysis
Qualifications or Required Experience:
· 3 years' relevant experience
· Experience of working within the Construction or Consultancy Service Industry, with knowledge of project accounting desirable
· Excellent time management and organization skills
· Basic knowledge of SAP, V look up, X look up, Pivot
· Driven, proactive, and mature working attitude
