Your Salary and Benefits: Your Initial Salary will be P 12,445 monthly.

What will be your Role?
We are looking for an entry-level Junior Accounting Staff. Employment with this company offers you future possibilities to later become a Senior Accounting Staff, depending on your performance and potentials. You will be having opportunities to develop your skills inBookkeeping, Accounting, Auditing, Compliance, Bank Reconciliation, Communication and Client Relationships, as you provide support to your Senior Accountant.
Your Responsibilities: You are expected to be part of the team of Accountants running the business, as you steadily grow in your professional capabilities. You will:
• Classify and summarize daily transactions of clients, ensuring accuracy
• Update books of accounts, with a keen eye for details
• Prepare Monthly or Quarterly tax returns and the like
• Learn to effectively interact with the BIR, City Hall and other regulatory agencies
• Develop communication skills for service-oriented interaction with clients
• Hone problem-solving skills to resolve outstanding issues for clients & peers
• Expand your working knowledge on changing professional requirements, legislations, implementing rules, guidelines & specific requirements of clients
• Prepare and complete any assigned government filing requirements
• Perform other accounting-related functions assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Accounting graduate or equivalent (Accounting Technology, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• The right attitude for personal growth and success - willing to learn, coachable, honest, diligent, organized, flexible and open to field work.
• Good interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating in English and Filipino, in verbal and written form
• Preferably, with some experience in General Accounting/ Cost Accounting/ Financial Accounting or Basic Accounting/ Bookkeeping will be an advantage
