The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding client needs through regular interaction and recommending financial solutions accordingly.
Working with the project manager, tech lead, solution architect, and technical designers for finding the best possible solutions
Executing project activities in accordance with the project plan, by the specified dates, by acceptable quality standards, and by the specific budget
Ensuring that professional and appropriate communication with customers and project team members, and status reporting practices are followed for all project activities
Attending Project Meetings and user meetings
Performing financial analysis, reporting, and management activities to support business development planning.
Reviewing the accounting procedures and recommending improvements.
Guiding and motivating the finance team to enhance productivity and revenue.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of financial strategies and products.
Ideal Profile
Skills required:
You must possess Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial, and equivalent
You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Junior Accountant in a related industry.
You are knowledgeable in ERP Systems (INFOR LN, CSI, Supply Chain) is an advantage
Candidate must have General Accounting experience in Tax/Audit, AR, AP, Reconciliation, General Ledger, Asset Management, Financial Statement, and Profit and Loss
You have excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
You have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
You have good communication skills (Oral and Written).
