Junior Accountant
9am to 6pm | Monday to Friday | WFH
The Júnior accountant will be helping with generic accounting tasks per below.
Working with a client portfolio of SMEs and fast-growing start-ups
Assist in preparing financial statements
Account payable and receivable reconciliation
Perform bank reconciliations and data entries
Assist in performing audit review and tax filing procedure
Use Xero accounting software to update clients' accounting records and produce financial statements
Provide daily administrative work
Requirements:
· Professional diploma or degree holder in accounting or related discipline
· 1 to 2 years' relevant accounting experience is preferred
· Experience with Xero Accounting Software
· Proficient in using Excel for financial statement preparation
· Strong problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Good command of both written and spoken English
· Proficiency in reading Chinses is an advantage but not compulsory
