What We Need
This role will own our collections process and spend a considerable amount of time speaking directly with vendors and customers to collect and close out past due invoices. You must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls to both customers and vendor partners. We are looking for someone who is self-driven to solve complex problems, independently and with a demonstrated sense of urgency. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of organization, and relentless drive.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work with our in-house Accounting department to ensure our books are up to date and accurate.
Export information from our Magento ordering system and import into Quickbooks
Import GSA/Government payments into Quickbooks
Match bank and Credit Card transactions
In charge of Collections including following up with customers via email and phone regarding their past due invoices to ensure Supply Chimp receives payment
Work to resolve payment related issues with our vendors including failed payments and other credit card issues
Investigate, research order transaction records and work directly with our internal Customer Support team and external vendors to solve vendor invoice irregularities
Key Skills
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and its functions, primarily VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other formulas
Working knowledge of Quickbooks and general accounting functions
Magento platform experience

Requirements
You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
You must have accounting or bookkeeping experience
You must have attended one of the top universities in the Philippines
You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 8Mbps and a modern computer that meets the below specs:
Multicore Processor ex: Intel i3,i5,i7, or higher; AMD Ryzen, Athlon, FX or higher
8GB of Memory or higher
Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
64 bit Windows 10 or Mac 10.14 (Mojave or Latest)
Ability to support a dual monitor set up
Hours
Regular work hours for this position are 6:00am - 3:00pm US Pacific Standard Time
Compensation
$5-$7 USD depending on education and experience
13th Month Pay
1 Paid day per Quarter to Volunteer
10 vacation days (increases each year with tenure)
All Major US Holidays plus a Birthday and Floater Holiday
$10USD Internet Stipend per month
