Job Description
BAS compliance
o Reviewing GST coding o P&L and BS review to ensure correct entries o Report preparation
Bookkeeping and Accounts payable
o Bank reconciliation o Credit card reconciliation o Cash float reconciliation o Debtor entries o Review Receipt Bank AP invoices in Xero o Aged payable review o Account summary report preparation
Client Payment preparation
o Create the batch payment o Collate and review supporting documents
Job Qualifications
• Australian or other foreign experience is preferred
• BAS/IAS preparation knowledge
• Knowledge with Xero and Receiptbank
• Must be willing to work at the office at least thrice a week once the restriction has been lifted by the government
Compensation Range
30000 - 50000
