JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Bookkeeping Central is looking for a Junior Accountant to join its team in Manila. You will work on a variety of enjoyable client accounting services covering a diverse range of industries for our AU-based clients.
Job Responsibilities
Accounts Payable: Processing of supplier invoices including payment reconciliations
Accounts Receivable: Processing of customer invoices including payment reconciliations
Daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
Month-end reconciliations including bank accounts, credit cards, petty cash, loan accounts, accruals & prepayments
Ad hoc assistance to the accounting team as required
Qualifications
A strong understanding of general accounting concepts
Strong attention to details with high analytical skills
Proactive and good at problem solving
Good English communication skills both in speaking and writing
Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
Capable of multitasking
Ideal Experience: 1 - 2 years in Audit or Accounting using Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks
CPA is highly desirable but not required
Work Set-up
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7AM-4PM / 6AM-3PM
