Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
BAS compliance
o Reviewing GST coding o P&L and BS review to ensure correct entries o Report preparation
Bookkeeping and Accounts payable
o Bank reconciliation o Credit card reconciliation o Cash float reconciliation o Debtor entries o Review Receipt Bank AP invoices in Xero o Aged payable review o Account summary report preparation
Client Payment preparation
o Create the batch payment o Collate and review supporting documents
Job Qualifications
Accounting experience
Must be willing to work under an AU shift (7 am-4 pm)
Must be willing to report at the office (3x a week) and report at home (2x a week)
Must be attentive to details
Must be a fast learner
Compensation Range
20000 - 30000
