To assist the Entity Accounting Team on financial reports preparation
General Responsibilities
a Assist the Senior Accountant, Assistant Financial Manager or Finance Manager in the preparation of financial reports.
b Prepares Balance Sheet and Income Statement schedules and aging analysis for monthly reporting pack.
c Prepare Weekly Cash Flow and Financial Monitoring File
d Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement
e Recording, posting, and review various journal vouchers entries
f Invoicing and reconciliation analysis of Intercompany accounts
g Prepares and monitors fixed asset lapsing schedules, fixed asset register & tagging of assets
h Prepares staff social costs file
i Check and monitor manual books of accounts
j Assist external auditors during annual audit
k Prepare financial statement & annual income tax return
l Prepare various government tax and compliance reports
m Check and monitor G/L accounts
Specific Responsibilities
a Handles petty cash and check disbursement
b Prepares weekly fund requests and monitor/plan the timing of payments of expenses
c Prepares monthly intercompany fund requests and monitor the payments made for the said FR
d Prepares analysis of intercompany accounts and summarize them for Group reporting
e Prepare bank reconciliation statement
f Preparation of SSS / PHIC / HDMF contribution summary for remittances to the SSS, PHIC and HDMF
g Preparation of BIR 1601C (Withholding Tax on Compensation) for remittance to the BIR
h Preparation of BIR 2550M (Monthly Value-Added Tax) for remittance to the BIR
i Preparation of Reconciliation of Listing for Enforcement (VAT-Relief) submitted to BIR
j Preparation of BIR 2550Q (Quarterly Value-Added Tax) for remittance to the BIR
k Preparation of BIR 1702Q (Quarterly Income Tax Return) for remittance to the BIR
l Preparation of Summary Alphalist of Withho9lding Taxes (SAWT) submitted to BIR (including VSO)
m Preparation and collection of documents needed VAT Refund Claims and tax deficiency audit of the BIR
n Perform such other duties assigned by Senior Accountant, Assistant Finance Manager and Financial Manager
