Job Descriptions
Reports directly to the Finance Comptroller
Processes request for payable for Nutra Berde Inc.
Prepares Book of Accounts, Accounts Payable Voucher (daily transactions), Prepares billing, Prepare BIR matters, VAT, Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements; monthly and yearly, Fixed Assets, Other Accounts Receivables, Other Account Payable Deduction of disallowance expenses (Debit Memo(DM)/Credit Memo(CM)) and Quarterly consolidation of Sales and Purchases
Prepares request for payment of the following: PLDT, Meralco, Rentals, Security Service, Retainers fee and others
Attends to suppliers inquiries regarding payment matters (must attached canvass sheet).
Monthly monitoring of Actual Inventory.
Attends to other Accounting matters as needed or required by the department.
Other relevant tasks which may be assigned from time to time deemed necessary
