Prepare of Aging of Receivables
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare lapsing schedules of the Company's assets
Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement)
Establish monitoring of tax deadlines
Preparation of Monthly Withholding tax on compensation (1601C)
Preparation of Monthly Withholding tax expanded (0619E)
Preparation of Quarterly Withholding tax expanded (1601EQ)
Preparation of Quarterly alpha list of payees (QAP)
Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly VAT returns (2550M, 2550Q)
Preparation of Quarterly Summary List of Sales and Purchases (SLSP)
Preparation of Quarterly Income Tax Returns (1702Q)
Preparation of Summary alpha list of withholding agents of income payments subjected to tax withheld at source (SAWT)
Payroll preparation
Prepare payslips
Preparation of mandatory payables such as SSS, PHIC, & HDMF
Preparation of reportorial requirements for Mandatory contributions
Preparation of final pay and 2316 for resigned employees
Preparation and filing of Annual Alphalist of Employee Compensation (1604CF)
Preparation of annual 2316
Preparation and filing of Annual information return of creditable income tax withheld and income payments exempt from withholding tax (1604E).
Preparation and filing of Summary alpha list of withholding agents of income payments subjected to tax withheld at source (SAWT) to be attached to the Annual Income Tax Return.
