•Graduate of BS Accountancy
•Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
•Deadline conscious and oriented, can work with minimal supervision
•Analytical: Attentive to details
•Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in MS Word and Accounting System

JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Prepares balance sheet and other reports.
•Prepares assets, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
•Establishing tables of accounts and entries to proper account.
•Assists in bank and other accounts reconciliation.
•General accounting works such as bookkeeping, allocation of payments, revenue and expenses to the proper accounting category as per company policy, procedures and preparation of drafts of financial statement.
•Preparing a range of accounting and finance documents, produce reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•Updating and or retrieves accounting data from the system.
•Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
