In direct coordination with our Finance Manager, your role is to assist in taking care of the financial bookkeeping and records of our organization. From recording transactions, payments, and expenses and processing invoices. You may also send out bills and invoices, follow up on overdue payments and ensure that a company's invoices and payments match up correctly by cross-checking the original document to the company's record.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining financial records.
Handling accounts payable and receivable.
Checking invoices.
Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
Handling queries related to accounts.
Preparation of daily cash balances, weekly cash position, and monthly bank reconciliation
Timely tax compliance on VAT, Withholding Taxes & Income Taxes
Oversee encoding entries for BIR's Alphalisting and Relief Data Entry
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
College School Diploma.
Proven work experience as an Account Officer.
Able to work well within a team.
Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
Solid analytical skills.
Detail-oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Certified Public Accountant Passer
Junior Certified Public Accountants are welcome to apply
