Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting duties of various group companies / cost centers across South East Asia including Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore by using SAP platform
Issue invoices according to billing terms in contracts and send to licensees for payment
Check and validate royalty reports submitted by licensees
Process payments and staff reimbursements
Assist in month-end closing, inter-company reconciliation and reporting
Assist in preparation of various performance reports as required by the business team
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Align with the group credit control policy and follow up on accounts receivables collection
Liaise with external service provider in relation to all tax reporting, audit or other statutory reporting requirements
Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Job Qualifications:
With less than 1 year experience
Hard working
Can work with minimum supervision
