Job Description:
• To be assigned in the Technical Service Department
• Handle inventory control of new machines and spare parts
• Prepares service quotations and service contract proposals
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices of the department
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations for the department
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as needed
• Assist with other accounting tasks of the department
