Abejo Waters Corp. is a bulk water company engaged in the supply and distribution of potable water, well drilling and development, and general construction services. It is one of the biggest bulk water suppliers for Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) serving the whole Metro Cebu area with a volume of 18 million liters per day (MLD).
 
We are looking for interested applicants who are qualified for Junior Accountant position.
 
Skills and Qualifications:
CPA required.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Working knowledge of GAAP.
Strong analytical skills.
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly closing processes.
Reconcile account balances and bank statements.
Prepare documents for audits.
Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns.
Update job knowledge and apply new accounting policies to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Report to the Finance & Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes.
