ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTANT
Bookkeeping Central is looking for an Associate Accountant to join its team in Manila. You will work on a variety of enjoyable client accounting services covering a diverse range of industries for our AU-based clients.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Accounts Payable: Processing of supplier invoices including payment reconciliations
Accounts Receivable: Processing of customer invoices including payment reconciliations
Daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
Month-end reconciliations including bank accounts, credit cards, petty cash, loan accounts, accruals & prepayments
Adhoc assistance to the accounting team as required
Qualifications:
A strong understanding of general accounting concepts
Strong attention to details and with high analytical skills
Ability to problem solve and think proactively
Good English communication skills both in Speaking and Writing
Ability to work in a team and with good interpersonal skills
Capable of multi-tasking
Ideal Experience : 1 - 2 years in Audit or Accounting using Xero, Myob and quickbooks.
CPA is highly desirable but not required
