Description
Oversee accounting process for a studio of 600 employees:
Data Entry into Netsuite accounting system
Bank Reconciliation
Audit Schedules maintenance
Maintaining full set of accounts
Statutory Schedules maintenance
Group reporting pack generation
Intercompany Invoices preparation and Reconciliation
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards
Taking part or leading other finance related activities:
Leading the annual audit process
Assist with update and implementation of finance policies
Preparation of government reports
Assist in others ad-hoc reports as required by the Studio / Group
(E.g. Budget preparations, cashflow projection, expense ledgers analysis..etc)
Leading in liaison with local banks on local studio banking needs
Requirements
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Accounting majors are a plus
At least 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field preferably in a BPO or Multinational Company
Must possess good English communication skills.
Comfortable in MS Excel is a must:
Experience with Netsuite accounting package is a plus
