RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains inbox containing all receipts and invoices
Publishing receipts and invoices from Receipt Bank to Xero
Chasing staff for receipts and invoices to match to Xero
Carrying out weekly Xero bank reconciliation - AU/UK/US
Reconciling Uber trips in Xero - AU/UK/US - -200 per month
Setting up weekly payments
Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations - -2,000 transactions per month
Processing monthly expense claims
Processing daily payouts via PayPal and Bank accounts - AU/UK/US
Preparation of AU and UK compliance such as IAS, BAS, Payroll Tax, Super, Workcover Insurance, VAT returns, PAYE and Pension
Assisting with monthly reports, manual journals and reconciliations
Preparing adhoc reports as requested by management
Dealing with different tax regulations and multi currencies
Responding to queries from influencers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years experience in managing Accounts Payable
Must be an accounting graduate
Knowledge in international accounting standards (AU / UK / US)
Must be proficient in: Xero, G Suite, Receipt Bank & Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Be safe at home! This role is on a temporary work from home setup. Candidates must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City once required and willing to work from Monday to Friday - 7 AM to 4 PM.
