Position Summary:
The Junior Accountant assumes a pivotal role within our finance team, responsible for the meticulous execution of order entries, proficient payroll data input in QuickBooks, and adept management of accrual-based accounting activities.

Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM (Manila Time)

Responsibilities:
Execute precise order entries, meticulously organizing them within relevant sections.
Perform payroll data entry with advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.
Drive accrual-based accounting, ensuring rigorous recording of revenues and expenses for each transaction.
Provide vital support for month-end closing activities, including thorough reconciliations and the generation of comprehensive financial reports.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, addressing accounting-related queries, and ensuring precision and accuracy in financial processes.
Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, showcasing seamless payroll management skills.
Preferred experience in payroll management to enhance efficiency.
Exhibit a meticulous attention to detail in executing accrual-based accounting activities.
Display a solid understanding of financial transactions and the intricacies of order entry procedures.
