REQUIRED SKILL(S): Proficient in MS word and excel, trustworthy, willing to learn, responsible
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Posts request for payment (RFP) in FS
Checks liquidation of expenses for trade transactions
Validates charges and prepares request for payment due to foreign agents and service providers
Ensures availability of accountable forms required by Operations ready for issuance
Performs monthly bank reconciliation and prepares corresponding adjusting entries
Checks completeness of series and files SOC, DM, RFP and APV
Prints and files final prooflist of accounting books
