Junior Accountant iTransnational Diversified Group

- The Junior Accountant shall provide support to the accounting department by handling daily accounting tasks and responsibilities that generally include preparing and monitoring financial transactions and statutory requirements.He or she shall also be responsible for updating and maintaining finance and accounting records. We are looking for a candidate with experience in Retail and Inventory Management.
Payment Preparation and Monitoring
Monitors payments and expenditures
Prepares and verifies employees expense reports
Prepares checks or uploads online payments for employees
Ensures timely payments for vendors
Prepares timely finance updates to vendors
Records customer payments
Monitors and collects customers receivables
Provides internal and external auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
Perform other related functions that the management may assign from time to time.
Financial Reporting- Prepares and analyzes monthly accounts reports- Monitors and reports aging receivables
Legal Compliance- Filing of BIR Forms and payments- Files and maintains records and database- Ensures records and database are accurate
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must be a Bachelor's/ College Degree holder inFinance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields
Open for Fresh Graduates
Knowledge in Accounting standards, taxation and government StatutoryRequirements is a plus
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Has the initiative, team player, adaptable and flexible
Can work with minimal supervision
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
