Job Scope
Handling daily transactions and settlements (including all types of reimbursements, receipts and payments, invoices, payroll, CPF payments, etc.);
Handling full set of accounts and preparation of month-end closing journals, income statements, balance sheets, ensuring timely, complete and accurate posting of accounting entries into the accounting system.
Handling monthly bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and preparing financial budgets and forecasts, audits, tax filings, and any other relevant filings in a timely basis.
Assist for the filing of various government grants, regulatory reporting, and other related tasks.
Any other ad-hoc tasks given by the management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting or relevant discipline or ACCA.
At least 2-3 years of relevant investment, accounting and financial experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications such as excel, Microsoft Business Central Dynamics and Microsoft financial systems.
